The location was perfect. Close to the train station. the check-in process was efficient and straightforward. the room size was adequate and clean! though the parking was expensive. i found it easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel.

The air conditioning wasn't working adequately. It made the room a bit stuffy.

staff members were consistently helpful . assistance with storing luggage before check-in was readily available. the front desk staff promptly addressed questions and offered directions, which i found very useful.
